Updates to your job search tools, with the details behind each change.
Follow any filtered view of the board, and new matching roles land in Suggested for you to queue or dismiss, one by one or in triage mode. An inbox and a bell show what changed, your queue tracks a weekly goal, and signed-in users can opt in to a daily or weekly email digest with a one-click unsubscribe.
Links to guides now include a share image with the guide's title, a shortened description, reading time and Imba Jobs branding. The preview helps people see what a guide covers before opening a shared link.
The new sponsorship method page, linked from the footer, explains what each posting flag means and how it differs from an employer's H-1B history. Read examples, check the data sources and their limits, and find steps for checking or reporting a flag before relying on it in your job search.
The new H-1B sponsors page, linked from the company directory, lists tracked employers ranked by current-period USCIS approvals. Compare full-year and current-period figures, see active US role counts, and follow links to employer history and open roles. Reporting periods and gaps stay visible so you can judge what each figure covers.
Links to company pages now include a share image with the company name, active-role count, sponsorship summary and available USCIS H-1B headline. Company pages also provide breadcrumb data describing their place in the company directory.
The llms.txt guide, also linked from About, gives your AI agent a plain-text map of Imba Jobs. It links to job filters, the public jobs API, agent access and job-search resources so you can point your agent to the tools you use.
This entry records the earlier rollout of Google and email-link sign-in. You can sign in with Google or a one-time email link; email links ask you to confirm your address and cannot be reused. The merge adds no new sign-in behavior.
Filter jobs by Remote, Hybrid or On-site, with evidence explaining hybrid labels. The profile editor keeps your other drafts when you save a card and warns before you leave unsaved changes. A quick-start card on the agent page helps connect your agent, and Run your queue prepares a hand-off for reviewing roles. Queue and activity updates refresh while the page is visible.
Resume uploads better recognize roles and schools when section headings sit in a sidebar. Wrapped bullets stay with their job, and unfinished degrees are marked as not completed. Choose Re-read to apply these fixes to a stored resume while keeping your work-authorization and sponsorship answers.
The same theme selection on /hackathons now produces the same shareable link, whichever order you choose the themes in. Filter and pagination links load their destination when you follow them. Search engines are directed away from filtered community pages.
