At $59.99 a month, Imba Interview Tool costs 60% less than Cluely's $149.99 Pro + Undetectability plan. That is the comparison people usually ask us about, and it isn't like-for-like: that Cluely plan includes AI usage, while Imba Interview Tool needs your own AI provider on top, and the two describe screen-capture behavior differently (see the table).
Cluely Pro, at $19.99 a month, costs less than Imba Interview Tool and includes AI usage. If you don't already pay for ChatGPT, Codex or Claude, add that subscription or your API spend to our price before comparing.
Which one fits
- Imba Interview Tool fits if you already pay for an AI subscription you like, want to keep using it, and are also looking for internships or new-grad roles that can sponsor a visa.
- Cluely may fit better if you want AI usage bundled into one subscription, or you need features from its plans that Imba Interview Tool doesn't offer.
Bring your own AI provider
Imba Interview Tool doesn't include any AI usage. You connect a provider you already have: a ChatGPT or Codex subscription, a Claude subscription, or an API key. Audio features also need a speech-to-text (transcription) API that works with the app. Your provider bills you directly, separately from Imba.
