Job Title: Mid Full Stack Developer

Location: San José, Costa Rica
Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week on-site

We at Coforge are hiring Mid Full Stack Developer (#006fu00000QeELXAA3-14) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 11, Spring Boot 2, and microservices architecture.

  • Develop secure REST APIs and collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing solutions using Angular or modern component-based frameworks.

  • Manage and optimize Oracle relational databases and MongoDB NoSQL databases, while using Apache Kafka for real-time event streaming.

  • Support CI/CD processes and Kubernetes-based containerized environments while applying software development and digital commerce best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant software development experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Java 11 and Spring Boot 2.

  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.

  • Strong knowledge of secure REST APIs.

  • Frontend development experience with Angular or a modern component-based UI framework.

  • Experience with Oracle relational databases and MongoDB NoSQL databases.

  • Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data processing.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, including Git and Kubernetes.

  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B and B2C digital commerce environments.

  • Practical exposure to AARI.

  • Knowledge of current software development and commerce technology trends.

  • Experience delivering high-quality software solutions in collaborative environments.
