Job Title: Tech Lead Python

Key Skills: Python, Database, SQL, RESTful services, AWS, FastAPI.

Location: Brazil

Mode: Remote

We are looking for an experienced Tech lead Python to design, develop, support scalable backend systems and lead a team of other Python Developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership of other team members globally distributed, ensuring quality standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate team activities and report progress to client’s stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend services.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
  • Implement microservices-based architectures.
  • Integrate systems using event-driven frameworks (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
  • Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Leadership experience.
  • Great communication in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Python 3.x development.
  • API & integration development.
  • RESTful services (JSON payloads).
  • Exposure to SOAP / XML-based web services.
  • Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI.
  • Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.
  • Good knowledge of Linux environments.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AI-Code assistant tools to improve productivity.

Preferred Skills

  • Telecom domain experience in OSS / BSS systems.
  • Exposure to TM Forum APIs.
  • Cloud experience in AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Docker & Kubernetes knowledge.
  • Kafka / RabbitMQ experience.
  • Order Management Systems.
  • Network Provisioning & Orchestration.
  • CRM Integration.
