Axon meets our H-1B filer threshold: at least 10 new-employment approvals in the latest full fiscal year, or at least 25 approvals in FY2026 to date. Its US postings that say nothing about sponsorship carry an “H-1B filer” note; postings that rule sponsorship out never do.
