Character.AI is below our H-1B filer threshold (at least 10 new-employment approvals in the latest full fiscal year, or at least 25 approvals in FY2026 to date), so its postings don't carry an “H-1B filer” note.

Each number counts workers on petitions USCIS decided that year (first decisions only), for the petitioner names CHARACTER TECHNOLOGIES INC, CHARACTER TECHNOLOGIES INC D/B/A/ CHARACTER AI and 2 other spellings. It counts petitions decided, not job openings, and it does not say whether a particular role will be sponsored. FY2019–FY2022 come from USCIS's yearly files; FY2023 onward from the live hub, which USCIS updates quarterly. Matched on the exact legal name, with one consistent tax ID. Search the USCIS hub
