Petitions USCIS decided for Tempus's H-1B workers, by federal fiscal year (October to September). This is the employer's filing record, separate from what any one posting says.
Approvals under these petitioner names fell from 42 in FY2022 to 0 in FY2025. That can mean the employer hired fewer H-1B workers, or that it now files under a new legal entity with a different tax ID, which USCIS's data doesn't link (we did check other names filed under the same tax ID). Treat FY2024 onward as possibly incomplete.
* Partial year: FY2026 (Oct 1, 2025 – Jun 30, 2026). Drawn lighter because the year is not complete in its source.
† May be incomplete: approvals under these petitioner names fell sharply, which can mean fewer hires or a new legal entity we haven't linked.

Tempus meets our H-1B filer threshold on its FY2022 record (14 new-employment approvals), the last complete year before the fall. Its US postings that say nothing about sponsorship carry an “H-1B filer” note; postings that rule sponsorship out never do.
Source: USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub. Each number counts workers on petitions USCIS decided that year (first decisions only), for the petitioner name TEMPUS LABS INC. It counts petitions decided, not job openings, and it does not say whether a particular role will be sponsored. FY2019–FY2022 come from USCIS's yearly files; FY2023 onward from the live hub, which USCIS updates quarterly. Matched on the exact legal name, with one consistent tax ID. Search the USCIS hub
